Product Promotion: Actively present and demonstrate high-quality surgical disposables and ophthalmic instruments to healthcare professionals.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities to expand our client base.
Tender Management: Handle and secure tenders with major healthcare groups, such as KPJ Healthcare, Pantai Hospitals, Columbia Asia, and Sunway Healthcare. Experience in winning tenders is highly valued.
Customer Relationship: Establish and maintain strong rapport with key decision-makers in hospitals, including procurement officers, doctors, and nurses, to facilitate smooth business operations and ensuring excellent service to both new and existing clients.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications and compliance to confidently address technical inquiries from clients.
Market Feedback: Gather valuable end-user feedback for product improvement and to assist in developing new product lines.
