Overall Accountabilities:
- To ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and equipment in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
~ Responsible for responding to faults, supporting contractor works, and maintaining the cleanliness and performance of M&E infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and inspect all key M&E equipment, including lifts, escalators, pumps, lighting, chillers, and water tanks, daily.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical systems, including bulb replacements and minor electrical faults.
- Monitor and maintain optimal water tank levels and cleanliness; check pump conditions and chiller load/pressure.
- Inspect and maintain external lighting (façade, lamp posts, signage, etc.); replace fused bulbs promptly.
- Attend to and resolve electrical complaints from tenants and internal departments.
- Execute and close assigned work orders (Servedecks) within stipulated timeframes.
- Escort and supervise contractors (telco, tenant, TNB) during riser access and maintenance work.
- Participate in daily maintenance briefings and report on previous and current tasks.
- Assist in stock monitoring and incident reporting with technical input (photos, findings, troubleshooting).
- Support superiors with justifications for maintenance work and PO issuance.
- Comply with M&E SOP and serve as ERT technical representative during emergencies.
- Ensure proper care, storage, and availability of all tools and M&E equipment.
- Perform general property maintenance and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
