- Inspect, clean and sanitize air duct, ventilation system.
- Perform scheduling servicing of split units for centralized AC, AHU and FCU
- Inspect, clean and sanitize various types of exhaust systems.
- Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance tasks for project equipment and tools.
- Provide basic technical support or explanation to clients when required.
- Ensure minimal disruption to site occupants during servicing activities.
- Basic skills in electrical work and machinery repairs are added advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
