JOB SUMMARY
- Minimum Diploma in Material, Engineering, Warehouse or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in warehouse & logistic fields.
- Have own transport & able to travel
- Computer literate
- Have experience working in construction background is advantage
- Can work under pressure (hot, sunny, dusty)
- Prefer male (physically & mentally fit to work)
JOB SUMMARY
- Monitor and control the supply of materials to site to avoid wastages
- Monitor the site progress or milestone to ensure meet the customer deliver time line
- Communicate and advice internal parties in term of quality, packing and logistic requirements.
- Ensure that order arrangement is on time and managing Purchase Requisition for materials & services
- Update data for all stock movements and prepare proper packaging for shipment in/out
- Perform general logistics activities through procurement & warehouse coordination including receiving and storing of materials
- Responsible for material and inventory management at warehouse and site
- Manage and monitor material, scaffold inventory (MSMS system) and submit weekly report to superior.
- Manage for material mapping from laydown to erection area based on usage quantity vs m3 measurement, and area segregation.
- Ensure all stock are properly stacked & picked according to location in the store & laydown
- Maintain proper cleanliness of store (housekeeping) & packaging area
- Deliver items to customer & collect stock from supplier
- Responsible for audit material and inventory at respective sites and warehouse
- Carry out others task as been assigned by superior from time to time
- Responsible for managing company asset including house, vehicle & other company asset and submit monthly report to superior
- Generate monthly report on rental House Inspection
- Wiling to travel to sites whenever required
- Generate monthly report on rental House Inspection
- To follow and ensure all relevant personnel comply to ISO and OHSAS requirement.
- To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally perform all administrative work;
- To strictly adhere to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 auditing SOP requirement and documentation.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
