Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for planning and scheduling Finish Good build plan by optimizing line loading.
- Responsible for production planning, improving manufacturing JIT, 1st commit, and delivery performance.
- Handling daily production planning issues, execution, and coordination of production-related job tasks.
- Coordinate material planning (MRP) and capacity planning.
- Provide reliable delivery commitment to plan and confirm pre-series or standard production loading and work out with the production/engineering group and make the necessary commitment to the Customer.
- Collaborate with management to plan forecasting models.
- Perform analysis and prepare reports to identify current or potential problems, capacity, manpower, and material supply issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage to meet tight deadlines.
- Record and assess all material's quality, movement, and expenditure.
- Daily tracking of the material shortages and providing contingency production plan
Job Requirement
- Diploma OR Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain management in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP tools) is highly preferred.
