DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct industry research and competitive analysis for informed decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on project performance, cost control, and resource planning.
- Support the development of corporate proposals, feasibility studies, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate on long-term planning for growth, sustainability, and innovation in construction practices.
- Identify risks, market trends, and potential opportunities for improvement or expansion.
- Assist in the formulation and review of business strategies and project roadmaps.
- Support senior management in overseeing daily operations and project execution.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Monitor project milestones and generate progress reports.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Represent senior management in meetings when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
- Intermediate in Excel (understand the formula, chart, dashboard)
- Experience in business process improvement, minimum 2 years
- Experience in strategic planning. minimum 2 years
- Active and able to work offsite
