Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive material plans and strategies to meet production schedules and ensure the timely availability of materials.
- Analyze demand forecasts to proactively manage inventory levels, identifying and resolving potential material shortages, excess stock, and supply chain bottlenecks.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including production planners, procurement, and suppliers (SQE), to align on material availability and requirements.
- Partner with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline material storage, handling, and distribution processes.
- Generate and present regular reports on material status, inventory usage, and planning efficiency for management review.
- Ensure all planning activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and relevant industry regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in material planning management within the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, strong risk awareness, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be highly collaborative, with strong teamwork, coordination, and analytical capabilities, particularly in numerical analysis.
