Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing plans to strengthen brand positioning and drive lead generation
* Manage social media, content creation, and digital campaigns to engage target audiences.
* Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to guide strategy.
* Plan and manage events, partnerships, and PR initiatives to boost visibility.
* Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
* Manage budgets, track KPIs, and optimise campaigns for ROI.
* Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver impactful results.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in marketing leadership.
* Strong creativity with data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills.
Experience in the health & wellness industry is a plus.
Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage.
