About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Marketing Manager with strong experience managing multi-channel digital marketing initiatives. This role will be especially focused on expanding our presence in the Greater China market, so familiarity with the region’s digital platforms and audience preferences is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across global and regional platforms, including LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, and platforms relevant to the China market (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu).
- Create and manage localized content and campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement in target markets.
- Optimize paid media strategies and content performance using data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, local platform analytics, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams and regional partners to ensure campaign alignment, compliance, and cultural relevance.
- Oversee community management and engagement initiatives across relevant social channels.
- Contribute to the creation of visual and video content that aligns with brand guidelines and regional preferences.
- Stay current on digital trends, regulatory changes, and fintech developments in the China market and globally.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the fintech or technology industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing social media and digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, and China market platforms.
- Knowledge of audience behaviors, regulatory environment, and digital media landscape in Greater China.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics tools to drive decisions.
- Experience in content creation, including basic graphic design and video editing, is an asset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage based on market needs, but not a requirement.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
