This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support the company’s real estate initiatives, such as launching new outlets, promoting brand presence in physical locations, and driving foot traffic to F&B properties. The Marketing Manager bridges the gap between real estate development and brand marketing.
Job Description
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
· Develop go-to-market strategies for new store launches or property openings.
· Create localized marketing campaigns to drive traffic to F&B outlets.
· Partner with real estate and operations teams to ensure cohesive branding across locations.
- Market Research & Analysis
· Conduct demographic and geographic analysis to support site selection.
· Analyze market trends to identify potential locations with high growth opportunities.
- Brand & Store Positioning
- Ensure all new outlets align with brand positioning and customer experience goals.
- Collaborate with design teams for store layout, signage, and promotional materials.
- Partnerships & PR
· Coordinate local community engagement, events, and PR for new locations.
· Work with landlords, developers, and malls for co-branded initiatives.
- Performance Metrics
- Track KPIs such as store footfall, campaign ROI, and sales lift from marketing initiatives.
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Strong understanding of both real estate and F&B marketing dynamics
- Excellent project management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills
- Deep knowledge of local market trends, customer behavior, and competitive benchmarking
- Familiarity with offline and digital marketing, especially for retail or dining outlets
- Analytical mindset for data-driven decision making
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, ideally with real estate exposure in the F&B/retail sector
- Experience launching multiple outlets across different geographies is a plus
