Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive event calendar to manage monthly brand activities (both online and offline).
- Lead end-to-end event management, including agency briefings, to ensure seamless execution aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze trial activities' results, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure POSM is produced & installed as according to brand guidelines and on schedule as per marketing calendar. Provide and maintain an execution tracker with detailed reports.
- Ideate and implement tactical and long-term programs to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Provide assistance to Brand Manager on any other marketing activities related maters.
- Any other tasks and projects assigned by the superior / company.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in marketing field, preferably in Skincare & Cosmetics, Personal Care, Retail, FMCG or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketng, Business, or a relevant discipline.
- Proven track record in planning, managing, and executng online and ofine marketng campaigns.
- Strong analytcal abilites with atenton to detail, numerical apttude, and excellent organizatonal skills. A passion for beauty or FMCG products is a plus.
- Highly driven, energetic, adaptable, and team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong command of both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
