Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Johor. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that support the company’s growth objectives. The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing campaigns, manage budgets, conduct market research, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. The role requires close collaboration with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, social media, online advertising, and email marketing.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support decision-making.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, vendors, freelancers) to deliver high-quality marketing output.
Qualifications
- Experiences in marketing, with proven skills in strategy development and campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and budgeting abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
