Marketing & Design
- Create promotional materials (flyers, posters, banners, etc.) for both online and offline use.
- Design digital content for social media (IG, Facebook, TikTok).
- Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns to promote our services (especially PRP, health screenings, etc.).
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Schedule and publish posts consistently.
- Reply to comments and messages professionally.
- Track engagement and help improve content performance.
Admin Support (Occasionally)
- Assist with day-to-day clinic admin tasks when needed.
- Help prepare reports, file documents, or handle basic customer service duties.
Requirements:
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
- Social media savvy and up-to-date with trends.
- Able to write basic captions in English and BM (Chinese is a bonus).
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Willing to learn and take initiative.
- Experience in healthcare/clinic setting is a plus, but not required.
Bonus Points if You:
- Know how to take and edit videos for reels/TikToks.
- Have basic knowledge of digital ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Can multitask and prioritize work independently.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
