1. Main Tasks and Targets
To provide on-going Facility Technical Support in order to facilitate a smooth operation of all facility outsourced services and employee services.
2. Tasks/ Responsibilities
- Assist in technical document writing on Key Performance Index for facility contractors.
- Assist in formulating Statement-of-Work for facility soft services.
- Conduct facility monitoring and inspection.
- Identify any safety or maintenance issues and plan remedial works.
- Maintain inventory records for office supplies, equipment and consumables.
- Coordinate minor room renovation and remodeling works.
- Develop and design template for facilities service process flow using MS Office software.
- Teamwork with stakeholders and create a standard communication template for all facilities related SOP and process flow.
- Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule.
- Analyze Data and prepare graphs and charts to summarize operating trend using Microsoft Excel.
- Participate actively in meetings and discussions to the completion of departmental projects and goals.
3. Working experience/technical skills/know how
- Junior level - Fresh graduate or with less than 2 years experience.
- Develops solutions to a variety of problems where analysis of data requires a review of identifiable factors.
- Strong knowledge on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is important.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
