Our client is a prominent Food Industries Manufacturer located in the Sungai Petani. They are rapidly expanding and are looking for great talent to join their organization.
Position Overview: A Marketing Executive is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to promote a company's products or services. The role typically involves a combination of creative, analytical, and managerial tasks. Here are some of the key responsibilities and qualifications for a Marketing Executive:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Analyze data to develop marketing strategies and product packaging of competitors in the market over time and feedback to management.
- Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, print, social media).
- Create and oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including websites, social media profiles, and email marketing.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing materials and channels.
- Enhance the company's brand presence in the market (Through random checks on product displays on outlets and arranging sampling activities in outlets).
- Organize and manage events such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities. (Involved in quarterly and yearly promotional activities.)
- Coordinate with key outlet buyers & business owners to maintain friendly relationships (Communicate and propose our promotional activities and highlights to buyers and business owners).
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective marketing solutions (Report on expenditures and ROI).
- Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or relevant certifications can be an advantage.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, software and platforms.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities (Creativity and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines (High attention to detail).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sungai Petani: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- FMCG Marketing: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Malaysian Blue IC (Required)
