3Sixty Marketing Sdn Bhd is looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager to join our team. This full-time role is designed for a talented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, handling social media, client communications, and creative coordination. The role offers a fixed shift from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday:

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments or messages to enhance online interaction.
- Work closely with the team to create and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing goals
Client Communication and Follow-Up:
- Serve as the primary client liaison over WhatsApp, providing updates, follow-ups, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular project updates and resolving any inquiries.
Designer Briefing and Workflow Management:
- Brief designers on project requirements, ensuring creative deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
- Manage designer workflows to ensure timely completion of all tasks and maintain smooth project progression.
- Conduct check-ins with designers to resolve potential bottlenecks, ensuring projects remain on track
On-Site Client Meetings and Content Shoots:
- Attend occasional client meetings at their outlets for on-site discussions, content planning, and project updates.
- Coordinate and assist with content shoots to capture high-quality images and videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in social media management and content scheduling.
- Strong client communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills to manage multiple projects.
- Basic experience in content creation or photography is a plus.
