Position Statement (if any)
The Marcom Director is responsible for the strategic planning of the hotels marketing activation for all business segments. He / she is also responsible for aligning the hotels position in market with all relevant media channels, working with the commercial teams to ensure relevancy of the hotel against compset.

As the Marcom Director, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Strategic Marketing Planning - Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans that align with the hotel’s business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to support promotions and drive revenue.
- Content Creation & Management - Oversee the creation of compelling content for digital platforms, print materials, and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone of voice.
- Public Relations - Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure positive coverage.
- Prepare press releases, media kits, and articles to showcase the hotel’s activities and achievements.
- Digital & Social Media Management - Manage the hotel’s social media channels, ensuring engaging content and active community management.
- Optimize the hotel’s website and online presence for search engines and user experience.
- Event Promotion - Plan and promote hotel events, including launches, conferences, and special campaigns.
- Coordinate with the events team to ensure successful execution and post-event publicity.
- Brand Management - Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed.
- Performance Analysis - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports to senior management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership - Supervise and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance and support.
- Work closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with operational goals.

- Organized, detail-oriented and good administrative skill.
- Good communication with local news media.
