· Plan and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads).
· Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and live sessions.
· Monitor performance and engagement (likes, shares, comments) and adjust strategies.
· Collaborate with influencers to enhance reach and brand image.
· Run and monitor Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads (Search & Display).
· Define audience segments and retargeting strategies.
· Analyze ad performance (CTR, CPC, ROI) and optimize for better results.
· Use SEO best practices for product titles, descriptions, and metadata.
· Monitor website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Meta Pixel.
· Work with creative team on seasonal campaigns (e.g. Raya, Mega Sales).
· Plan product launches and story-driven campaigns to increase brand affinity.
· Source and engage influencers or KOLs for product collaborations or giveaways.
· Manage relationships and track campaign results.
· Support affiliate marketing programs where applicable.
· Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance.
· Track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
· Use insights to refine strategies and boost marketing ROI.
