- Identifying and researching potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and services as solutions.
- Engaging in negotiation processes to finalize terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win situation.
- Conducting market research to stay informed about rental market, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with existing clients to identify upselling or cross selling opportunities and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status and forecasts to management, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Effectively closing deals and achieving sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
- Such other scope as may be determined by the Employer from time to time.
Job requirements
- STPM / Diploma in Business/ Communications or any related field.
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin
- Independent, self-motivated and good critical thinking skills.
- Team player
