- Monitor and track leads coming in from different platforms (e.g., website inquiries,

- Assist in responding to initial inquiries from leads and directing them to the
- appropriate team members/ colleagues
- Organize and compile lead information into a centralized database or CRM system
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of lead data
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop follow-up strategies for nurturing
- leads
- Generate reports on lead sources, conversion rates and other key metrics to help
- evaluate marketing efforts
- Maintain marketing materials and resources related to lead management
