1.0 Events
-Plan and coordinate events, seasonal promotions, and activations that enhance the shopping experience and drive traffic
-To prepare all the memo,letters,PR& PO for the Department
-Partnerships and sponsorships: identify potential event partners and sponsors to support larger -scale mall events and initiatives.
-To prepare budget for yearly, quarterly for event & marketing expenses
-To incharge if yearly Festive Decoration planning & execution (CNY,RAYA,DEEPAVALI & CHRISTMAS)
2.0 Social Media
-To maintain and update weekly posting for social media
-To update website from time to time
-To update all level of mall floor plan every month
3.0 Marketing Leasing
-To handle Meeting Rooms Booking
4.0 Ad-Hoc
-To supervise and arrange Customer Service working rooster & daily task to ensure smooth flow
-To supervise and report to HOD on Customer Service related issue.
-To assist in preparation of leasing and marketing presentation materials and factsheet.
Pos Monthly Report
-Monthly Pos Sales Collection & sending to Pos vendor, making sure complete monthly sales from all tenant.
Marketing Leasing
-Maintaining renewal & new tenant for Push Cart
-Mintaining renewal & new tenant for Storeroom
-Maintaining renewal & new tenant for Advertising Space
Promo Space Booking
-To accept & look for promotion space booking
-To maintain the monthly income target for promotion space booking
-To issue LOO & refund for all promo space related administration work
Tenant Ralation
-To handle tenant complains and coordinate with other dept to solve the complaint.
-To issue Circular for Festive, Promotion space and other marketing related ad-hoc administration work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
