Responsibilities :
- Assist Process Engineers in improving production quality, yield, and output.
- Support Process Engineers in implementing process control and monitoring techniques.
- Execute and complete tasks as planned by the Process Engineer.
- Provide technical support to the production team.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspection, cleaning, servicing, and maintenance.
- Assist in setting up new processes and conducting related studies.
- Collect process data and report findings to the Process Engineer.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of processes; identify and troubleshoot deviations, and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Assist Process Engineers in maintaining highly optimized processes.
- Document routine manufacturing processes accurately.
- Ensure strict adherence to process parameters and compliance with internal SOPs.
Requirements :
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of experience in engineering, process, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Willing to work shifts, support overtime, and work on weekends when required.
- Able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
