Key Responsibilities:
- To develop or find new business opportunities or projects.
- To execute day-to-day sales activities including attending to sales enquiries, customer feedback, and preparing and follow-up on quotations and tenders.
- To make calls and provide accurate information to all customers including contacting to follow-up on purchases, suggest purchase options, and determine customer needs and wants.
- To be familiar with Company’s products and possess basic product knowledge to provide prospects with accurate information.
- To develop and maintain effective business relationship with new and existing customers.
- To attract new leads and potential businesses through numerous sales and marketing methods.
- To collect payment due, monitor collection aging and evaluate the reliability of customer’s credibility.
- To work closely with team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met.
- To carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing or related discipline.
- Possess at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (Read and Speak).
- Good in Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Professional Selling Skills, Presentation Skills, Analytic Problem Solving, Result Focused and Continuous Learning.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
