Job Summary
Provide administrative and operational support to the Strategic Business Unit (SBU), ensuring smooth coordination between departments and effective backend support for retail store operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks for the SBU.
- Coordinate communication and follow-ups between departments to support project and task completion.
- Assist in retail operations by tracking store performance, compiling reports, and maintaining records.
- Gather and organize data to support management decision-making.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel plans for the team.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Support the team with other general or ad hoc tasks.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Business or related field.
- Experience in retail or fast-paced environments is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Well-organized, able to multitask and manage priorities.
- Independent, reliable, and maintains confidentiality.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- Willing to travel occasionally and visit retail outlets.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
