Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across digital and in-store channels.
- Drive customer acquisition and brand visibility through paid media (Google Ads, Meta, display ads).
- Boost organic traffic through data-driven SEO/SEM initiatives.
- Conceptualize and execute engaging in-store promotions and retail partnerships to elevate the shopping experience.
- Monitor KPIs and use insights to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Oversee content and social media strategies to maintain brand voice and grow engagement.
- Align campaigns with company goals through close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in both retail and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Strong creative, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages (e.g., Mandarin) is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Previous experience working in a multinational company (MNC) is a strong plus.
