Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
- Assist in scheduling and posting content to increase engagement.
- Job Posting Support:
- Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Track applications and forward them to the appropriate departments.
- Marketing and Event Support:
- Collaborate with the team to execute marketing campaigns and events.
- Conduct basic research to support marketing and event planning.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain organized records of marketing activities, social media analytics, and job postings.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Events, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
- Knowledge of event planning and coordination is an advantage.
