Job Scope / Responsibilities :
Recruitment
- Post job ads and help screen candidates
- Arrange interviews and assists hiring managers
- Work with recruitment agencies when needed
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Prepare new joiner documents and orientation
- Handle exit process and interviews
HR Operations
- Assist with HR letters, memos, and staff records
- Help renew insurance and update employee info
Payroll & Benefits
- Support payroll data entry
- Assist in reviewing staff benefits
- Perform site workers attendance and wages calculations
Employee Engagement
- Help organize staff events and wellness activities
- Performance & Admin
- Help monitor staff performance
- Support general admin work when needed
Requirements :
- Fresh grads with HR, Business, or related studies are encouraged to apply
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Good attitude, willing to learn, and able to multitask
- Good communication and people skills
- Can work in a fast-moving environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
