Job Description
- Manage daily administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, handling correspondence, and updating records and databases
- Act as the liaison between tenants, the operations team, and property owners to ensure smooth communication
- Provide general admin support to managers and team members when needed
- Assist in preparing reports, permit application forms, and other required documents
- Handle expense claims and update records of monthly payment receipts
- Perform other general office support duties as required
- Data entry for monthly reporting and tracking
Job Requirements
- Able to type, read and speak in Mandarin/Chinese and English
- Open to SPM holders and fresh grads, candidates with prior admin experience will have an added advantage
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Proactive, reliable, and adaptable in solving day-to-day issues
