Job Summary:
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead the overall marketing strategy, branding, and communications initiatives for the company’s property development projects. The CMO will be responsible for enhancing brand equity, generating qualified leads, maximizing project visibility, and driving sales performance across all developments. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, deep understanding of the real estate market, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership
•
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support project launches, ongoing sales, and corporate branding.
•
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation.
•
Collaborate closely with the CEO and project teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Brand Management & Positioning
•
Lead the brand strategy to ensure a consistent, powerful corporate and project branding across all channels.
•
Oversee the development of project branding, marketing collaterals, digital presence, and event marketing.
•
Safeguard the company's brand reputation across all touchpoints.
Sales Enablement
•
Work with Sales leadership to develop marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and support sales conversions.
•
Analyze customer journey and implement effective lead nurturing strategies through CRM systems.
•
Support sales teams with materials, presentations, and events to maximize project take-up rates.
Digital & Traditional Marketing
•
Oversee performance marketing (paid search, display, SEO/SEM), social media, website management, and content marketing strategies.
•
Manage traditional marketing initiatives including brochures, print ads, billboards, roadshows, and media relations.
•
Leverage technology and data analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Team Leadership
•
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team including branding, digital, creative, and communications units.
•
Manage external agencies, PR firms, creative vendors, and consultants as necessary.
Budget Management
•
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI across all activities.
•
Monitor spending and allocate resources effectively based on project priorities.
Requirements:
•
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
•
Minimum 15 years of marketing experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role within property development or real estate.
•
Strong understanding of property development sales cycles, buyer behavior, and market dynamics.
•
Proven track record in successful project launches, branding campaigns, and lead generation.
•
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
•
Strong analytical abilities and experience with marketing performance metrics.
•
Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and adapt to changing market conditions.
Preferred Skills:
•
Experience in luxury property marketing or integrated township development.
•
Knowledge of property technology (PropTech) platforms and CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
•
Strong media network and PR background in the real estate sector.

Pay: RM25,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per month
