Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving monthly and annual personal franchise signing targets.
- Develop and manage potential franchise leads, including client follow-up, business negotiations, contract signing, and pre-opening coordination.
- Maintain and manage the regional franchise client database, ensuring regular updates, classification, follow-up, and analysis of client resources.
- Assist franchise clients with site selection and store setup, and ensure timely payment collections.
- Conduct regular engagement and communication with prospective franchise clients to maintain strong relationships.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in client servicing or franchise business development, preferably within the F&B industry.
- Prior experience in franchise development for restaurant or food chains is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with channel resources such as shopping malls, supermarkets, and commercial retail streets.
