Functional (job responsibilities)
Wealth Management-i
- Undertake project development, implementation and deployment of key initiatives for comprehensive product suite encompassing the 5 pillars of Islamic Wealth Management.
- Primary focus would be the engagement with the relevant authorities, establishing the payment gateway as well as project executions on Zakat, Waqaf, Sadaqah and Tabung Haji. Lead the enhancement of digital customer journey, primarily for the Islamic Wealth Purification pillar,
- To champion the customer segmentation-based offerings in recommending and developing Islamic Wealth Management products & services primarily for the Malay Muslims/Bumiputera customer segment.
- Implementation of Value-Based Intermediation (VBI) initiatives through improved banking practices and product offerings for Islamic Wealth Management Journey.
Islamic Digital Lifestyle
- Lead and coordinate all PFS-i digital marketing (below and above the line) initiatives with the aim of building the Bank's image as a leading provider of Islamic Digital Lifestyle.
- Drive, monitor and develop customer engagement via various Bank's digital platforms.
- Act in a pro-active manner as the link between marketing, business users and digital support teams in relation to marketing initiations.
Investment Product Management
- Represent PFS-i as the product manager of investment structures business.
- To work closely with the product providers and internal stakeholders to conceptualize ideas and source for new/enhanced product offering.
- Achieve the business financials by developing and implementing the product strategy of the investment products.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
- Lead and participate in cross-functional project to deliver sustainable and breakthrough improvement to business processes
- To participate in project management involving people, organizational change management, systems integration and core process changes.
- Promotes cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve goals and deliverables.
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
- Promotes organizational mission and goals, and shows the way to achieve them
- Responds positively to change, embracing and using new practices or values to accomplish organizational goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Knowledge in wide array of investment products (e.g. equities, bond and currencies market, structured products, etc) are preferred.
- Minimum 10 years work experience in related fields
Certification/Licensing Requirements
- FIMM License
- IPPC Certified
- Islamic Financial Planner Certified
- Additional Takaful/Insurance licensed are preferred.
