- Manage intake and prioritization of content requests across departments.
- Collaborate with analytics team to monitor performance and optimize content.
- Oversee content lifecycle: creation, scheduling, deployment, and retirement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with UX writers, designers, and developers for seamless integration.
- Lead A/B testing and user feedback analysis.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
- Represent Digital Banking in governance forums and working groups.
Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
Relevant Work Experience:
- 5–7 years in mobile content management or digital marketing.
- Experience in financial services preferred.
- Familiarity with mobile UX, analytics platforms, and campaign tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and campaign management platforms.
- Experience with analytics tools and communication platform (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Firebase).
