Authorities:
To perform as an In-charge as the overall management of Marketing & Customer Service Department and responsible for the development and decision making of the department subject to the approval by Operation Manager / General Manager.
Nature and Scope
1. MARKETING
a. Corporate & Community Engagement
- Continuously acquire new corporate companies/MCO/Insurance for our Hospital to be their healthcare panel and, our Hospital as their preferred healthcare panel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate Officers In Charge (OIC) of medical benefits, community leaders etc, providing necessary assistance for events, programs and regular updates of Hospital services, consultants and packages.
- Conduct corporate visits, engagement meetings, and networking activities to enhance collaboration and referral opportunities.
- Identify healthcare needs of corporate clients, community and others, and propose tailored packages and programs to address them.
b. Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the hospital’s brand, public awareness, increase patient volume, and promote key services.
- Align marketing efforts with the hospital’s business goals and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
c. Brand Management & Digital Marketing
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and public communications.
- Manage and update Company website, social media channels (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and online campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
- Update and oversee marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, advertisement, marketing presentations etc. in alignment with Company branding guidelines.
- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive awareness and attract new customers.
- Monitor online reviews and patient feedback, ensuring timely responses to enhance Company digital reputation.
d. Event Management
- Participate in internal and external events of corporate clients, community, KMI Healthcare Group etc for health talks, health screening, medical camp, roadshows and other marketing events.
- Organize and make necessary arrangements which include, coordinate with Consultants, Head of Départements/Units (HODs/HoUs) and other staff for their participation in the event and, ensure all relevant equipment, items, tools and others are available and sufficient to ensure a smooth and successful event execution.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
