· Support COO in execution her duties.
· Works with COO to follow established plans to achieve the company’s goals, tracking of expenditures, revenues and staff productivity.
· Tracks COO’s tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization with respect to deadlines and organizational developments.
· Conducts preliminary research on topics and drafts materials as needed by COO.
· Manages incoming mails, emails and all travel scheduling and arrangements for COO.
· Maintains an accurate calendar for COO, manages scheduling and rescheduling requests, proactively communicates changes, and responds to scheduling conflicts.
· Organizes meetings for COO and prepare documents, reports and presentations as needed.
· Ensure appropriate processes are developed and maintained to support effective and efficient filing system.
· Learns various processes in all Departments and assist any personnel when required.
· Ensures consistent and efficient interaction with all employees across the organization.
· Demonstrates poise and tact under pressure and handle matters with sound judgement and confidentiality.
· Performs any other relevant duties as assigned by the Management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
