Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Maintenance and Repairs, Responsible for equipment failure repairs, archiving repair records, establishing a repair ledger,and analyzing the causes of failures; responsible for implementing equipment maintenance plans;
- Equipment Installation, Debugging, and Acceptance, Participate in pre-acceptance and formal acceptance of new equipment, Responsible for preparing maintenance plans and maintenance content;
- Organize the list of spare parts, and facilitate spare parts procurement, Participate in inspection, maintenance, and reporting work for special equipment;
- Support EHS-related equipment management work.
- Install, inspect and test electrical equipment, lines and circuits according to plans, technical drawings and process requirements.
- Inspect and diagnose faults in electrical equipment and systems to ensure they operate normally.
- Configure and debug the electrical control system.
- Check and maintain the safety and reliability of electrical systems and equipment.
- Comply with all electrical safety regulations and standards.
- Keep the working area clean and safe, clean up the waste and debris in time, keep them in the hazardous waste cabin, and do a good job in the 6S activities of the working area.
- Participate in teamwork, actively coordinate and communicate with other positions, and ensure the smooth flow of production activities in the sheet metal workshop.
- Actively participate in improving and optimizing surface treatment technology, participate in training and learning, and improve their skills.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum high school education (technical or vocational school preferred).
- Valid electrician qualification certificate.
- At least 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance operations.
- Solid knowledge of electrical equipment, operating procedures, and troubleshooting methods.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Mandarin and Malay is an advantage for liaising with multilingual teams and vendors.
Working Location:
- SILC, Iskandar Puteri or Senai, Kulai
Working Hours:
- 5.5 Days (Monday - Friday) 8am - 5pm, (Saturday) 8am-12pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
