Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management and possess excellent leadership skills to oversee our maintenance operations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise maintenance staff to ensure efficient operation
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment
- Utilize logic controllers and CMMS for maintenance tasks
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance team
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
Experience
- Proven experience in maintenance management
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Ability to lead a team and demonstrate strong supervisory skills
- Experience in project management is a plus
