1. To assists the Engineering Manager in the checking / monitoring and co-ordination of the daily function (Hotel Room / Seminar Room) of the Department through implementation and maintaining standards and procedures for maintenance planning, routine maintenance, effective preventive maintenance programs and any urgent or adhoc repairs and requests as required, to be carried out efficiently and effectively.
2. To ensure that all work carried out is to the expected standard of excellence and with minimum or no disruption to the general hotel operations.
3. To support and assist the Engineering Manager in monitoring the Engineering Department’s operation, by section, providing fast and efficient response to any urgent repairs and also recommends programs for improvement of procedures and cost reduction to maximise the working life of M&E, F, F,& E and OE, and provide notification and recommendation when replacement of defective or end of life of equipment, etc.
4. To prepare and maintain the Maintenance storage areas and check stock (IN/OUT) items are accounted for, and in good condition.
5. To assist the Engineering Manager to make sure of staff’s employment record, work tools and maintenance of technical files and machineries good condition.
6. To assist the Engineering Manager to supervise crew assigned / employed on special and contractual projects or other work tasks as required.
7. In the absence of the Engineering Manager, deputise in his absence to ensure all areas within Engineering Department are fully operational.
Candidate are required to have:
- Chargeman certification
- Experience in hotel industry

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
