Role of Technician:
Repairing, installing all the electrical & Machinery part.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance Facilities is a professional who keeps buildings running smoothly by repairing wiring, replacing light bulbs, and installing new equipment or facilities in a dormitory and infrastructure.
2. Perform maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, locksmithing, and painting, to keep the I-Stay building in good condition.
3. Move and relocate office furniture, make adjustment to desk, chairs, and files.
4. Repair locking system on doors, files, cabinets, and lockers.
5. Update the maintenance block daily report at the I-Stay AIO Application.
6. Assist to Maintenance Supervisor on district maintenance projects such as preventive maintenance of the buildings.
7. Respond to immediate maintenance requirements as required. |
8. May provide support in supervising and managing maintenance records and supplies.
9. Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of work tools.
10. Complying with different safety measures and policies.
11. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Skill Requirement
1. Knowledge in basic electrical & Maintenance service.
2. Knowledge in computer is compulsory. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Minimum Experience Requirement
1. Experience in building facility maintenance.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
