1. Attend to all types of repair and maintenance work in the Hotel premises, including any new additions / extensions to the Hotel or any other properties maintained by the Hotel
2. Repair and maintain guest room facilities, light facilities, furniture and equipment
3. To repair all water services, plumbing, hot and cold water system, clear chokers, repair leaks, valves, urinal, toilet bowl chokers, floor-traps, drainage etc.
4. To check all grilles, hot plates, stoves, ovens, heating elements and all other forms of kitchen equipment.
5. To record reading of electricity, water recording etc.
6. To carry out all repairs of equipment irrespective of current trade as and when directed by Supervisor, Executive Maintenance.
7. To carry out shift duties, split shifts and normal shift.
8. To perform overtime when call upon or requested by the Management due to emergencies, breakdown, power failure, fire, flood etc.
9. To perform daily to check and replace all blown bulbs where necessary.
10. To install sound system, fix spot-lightning and banners for functions.
11. To perform other Engineering task and duties as assigned by Executive Maintenance or Management.
12. Maintain clean and tidy rooms.
13. Assist with the implementation of the hotel’s preventative maintenance system.
14. Complete daily reports outlining work undertaken for the day
15. Performs others duties as assigned by superior
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
