Brightstar Computer, a technology and security company, is looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our team as Maintenance Support.
This is a hands-on role that requires travel to various client sites and company events. You will be responsible for both technical tasks and helping with the physical setup of our events. If you enjoy active and varied work, this position is perfect for you.
Your Main Job Responsibilities:
- Handle CCTV Systems:
- Travel to client locations to install, set up, and repair IP camera (CCTV) systems.
- Troubleshoot and solve any technical issues related to CCTV on-site.
- Ensure all cameras are working correctly before completing the job.
- Handle Roadshow & Event Setup:
- Assist our team with preparing for company roadshows and events.
- Be responsible for physical setup tasks, including installing carpets, arranging tables, and setting up banners.
- Ensure all technical equipment for the event is properly installed and functioning.
- Handle Electrical Work:
- Perform necessary wiring and electrical work for the installation of CCTV and other equipment.
- This includes running cables, installing power points, and ensuring all electrical connections are safe and neat.
- General Technical Support:
- Travel within the Klang Valley to perform installation and maintenance work for clients.
- Provide customers with basic instructions on how to use their newly installed systems.
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Must have experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of electrical work and wiring.
- A hardworking individual willing to perform physical tasks like installing carpets and lifting equipment.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have your own transportation (motorcycle or car) to travel within the Klang Valley.
- Willing to learn new skills and be a reliable member of the team.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
