Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Requirements :
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably 2 years
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Descriptions :
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation, paperwork, and training
- Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to employment, policies, and benefits
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow
