About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Luxury Retail Leader to join our client in Luxury Fashion/ Luxury Jewelry. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in the world of high-end retail, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven ability to deliver exceptional results through both people and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver an outstanding client experience that reflects the values of the Maison / Brand.
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of individual, department, and store KPIs.
- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, particularly with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI).
- Ensure excellence in boutique operations, from visual merchandising to stock management.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, upholding the prestige, elegance, and standards of the brand at all times.
- Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies, clienteling initiatives, and brand activations.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong passion and deep understanding of the luxury retail industry.
- Previous experience in supervisory or managerial roles within retail (luxury or premium sector preferred).
- Exposure to High Net Worth Clients and a refined approach to client development.
- Proven track record of driving sales, achieving KPIs, and managing a successful team.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Impeccable personal presentation, aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
