· Papered for all shipping reports including monthly & yearly report LMW M1 , M2 , M4, and others.
· Papered for document for Custom LMW requirement - LMW license application of additional item to LMW A1 , A2 , A3 & other GPB Application
· Assist on preparation of various reports, statistical analysis of import, shipping data for decision-making reference;
· Liaise with custom officer.
· Update LMW report internally.
· Perform entry into SAP system.
· Assist on Management of the LMW Regulations, record-keeping and verification of progress, and supervision and co-ordination of bonded goods;
· Papered CO (certificate of origin) at MITI website
· Update smart GPB website for the related document
· Shipping/ custom document filling & preparation;
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior.
