JOB DESCRIPTION LODGE MANAGER

COMPANY: NASALIS LARVATUS TOURS SDN. BHD.
LOCATION: TANINI KINABATANGAN

• Meeting with Department Heads on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to discuss operations, staffing and training. Preparing reports and conducting weekly Department Head Meetings.

• Provide a welcoming lodge environment for our customers with high standards of service, meals and housekeeping which meet the company’s expectations.

• Working with Human Resources to provide staffing, training and any disciplinary actions as laid out by Company policies and procedures.

• Ensuring that the Lodge is a safe, healthy and positive living and working environment for its staff, visitors, and guests.

• Coordinating with contractors, working groups, and delivery services to complete maintenance work and receive supplies at the Lodge.

• Communicate and report to Managing Director on a regular basis in line with company requirements.

• Gain a clear understanding of the Lodge Manager’s duties and ensure that these are carried out to the company standards.

• Monitor staff performance to ensure that guests are happy and the lodge is well run.

• Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time (Related to your nature of employment)
