Requirements
- Languages: Cantonese + Mandarin + English (B2 level or higher)
- At least 1 year of BPO Customer Service or Sales experience
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work onsite (remote not available)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls to support customers globally (90% English, 10% Cantonese/Mandarin).
- Guide customers step-by-step through online purchases or build/send custom carts.
- Log leads in CRM when customers cannot purchase online.
- Handle triage support & billing inquiries, redirecting to correct teams.
- Work towards achieving sales targets & call center KPIs.
Preferred Skills (a plus but not mandatory)
- SaaS / Cloud / Platform selling experience
- Cloud PBX product knowledge
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Solution-selling techniques
