- Manage end-to-end business operations.
- Familiar with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle database, and Java.
- Skilled in analytical and system design with good experience.
- Responsible for timely documentation of technical design and business requirements specifications in compliance with prescribed Allianz project standards and existing SDLC methodology.
- Participate in project design discussions.
- Responsible for application coding using prescribed development tools within a defined project schedule.
- Develop test plans and data and undertake complete unit and modular testing activities.
- Ensure documentation of all coding changes and enhancements following existing procedures.
- Ensure UAT completion and obtain sign-off from the User.
- Undertake tasks as assigned from time to time.
- A team player and quick learner.
- Good Experience in business operations.
- At lease 2-3 years hands on experience in SQL OR PL/SQL OR Oracle database OR Java (either one)
- Strong analytical and system design experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills as well as detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizing in managing workloads and to meet deadlines.
1. Familiar with and/or have experience with Waterfall SDLC and Agile development under the SCRUM methodology.
