Job Description: Licensing Assistant cum Admin
- Handle licensing applications, renewals, and record-keeping.
- Liaise with government agencies and ensure compliance.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Track and remind on license expiry dates.
- Perform other admin duties as assigned.
- Monthly assist in checking claim payment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma; admin or licensing experience is a plus.
- Good in English & BM (Mandarin is a plus).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel)
- Able to work independently and in a team.
Job Information:
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS
- Working Location: Kepong Menjalara
- Working Days: 5.5 days per week
- Working Time: 930AM - 6PM (Weekdays) | 10AM - 2PM (Saturday)
- Full-Time Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500/month + performance bonus
