Responsibilities
Role Overview
The Legal Operations Executive will play a key role in supporting the day to day operations of the legal delivery team. This includes managing workflows, coordinating client instructions, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1) Operational Management
a) Oversee daily legal service delivery operations, including task allocation and progress tracking.
b) Manage client instructions via document management platforms.
2) Process and Efficiency
a) Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
b) Maintain and update operational manuals and playbooks.
c) Support the development of standard operating procedures.
3) Client and Stakeholder Coordination
a) Coordinate monthly operations meetings and reporting cycles.
4) Team Support and Development
a) Provide guidance and support to junior analysts and paralegals.
b) Foster a collaborative and high performance team culture.
5) Technology and Data
a) Leverage legal technology platforms for contract analysis and data reconciliation.
b) Support digital transformation initiatives and adoption of legal tech tools.
Requirements
1) Bachelors degree in Law or related field; LLB preferred.
2) 1 to 3 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or financial services.
3) Strong organizational and communication skills.
4) Detail-oriented with analytical capabilities.
5) Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, legal tech platforms and document management systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
