Responsibilities:
· Draft, prepare and review agreements, contracts, and other related legal documents
· Provide support and advise the group on the latest regulatory requirements and compliance matters
· Advice the group on litigation-related matter
· Provide support and advice to the groups on legal-related matters
· To attend to all secretarial duties and manage confidential documents of the legal department
· To coordinate and schedule with internal departments and/or external parties for meetings
· Liaise with relevant inter-departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action will be and/or have been taken
· Liaise with external lawyers on any legal matters
· Conduct necessary legal research on any legal issues and legal updates from time to time
· Maintain systematic filing of all company legal documents
· Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management
Requirements:
· Possess at least a least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field
· At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Strong drafting, communication and presentation skills, strong analytical, problem solving, legal research and legal drafting skills
· Good team work and interpersonal skills with positive work attitude
· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
