Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation
- Handle clients’ accounts and trust accounts in accordance with the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules
- Process payments related to property and conveyancing transactions, including stamp duties, quit rent, assessment, and loan disbursements
- Prepare billing, issue official receipts, and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
- Liaise with banks, government bodies, and clients on payment-related matters
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Assist in monthly and year-end financial reporting and audits
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Support lawyers and conveyancing clerks with financial-related matters as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of accounting experience in a law firm (preferably in property and conveyancing) but other industry are welcomed to apply
- Familiar with client accounts, trust accounts, and legal billing procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational and time-management skills
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity

Pay: RM3,086.37 - RM4,134.73 per month
